We're not a trade organization.
We don't sell influence. We don't lobby legislators. We don't play politics. There's no agenda hiding behind a membership fee.
Pay-to-play is the old way. It rewards whoever writes the biggest check, not whoever does the best work. Your community pays the difference and never even sees the bill.
We're not that. We'll never be that.
What we ARE
A town square.
Buyers on one side: managers and boards with real projects that need doing. Sellers on the other: vendors who want the work. Us in the middle, connecting the two. Efficiently, transparently, without the waste.

Questions people actually ask
Are you a trade organization?
No. We don't sell memberships, influence, or seats at a gala. We
connect communities that have projects with vendors who want the
work. That's the whole business.
Do you take a cut of the project?
No. We don't take commissions, referral fees, or a percentage of
anything. Vendors pay flat, published prices to participate. Your
bid is your bid.
So how do you make money?
Vendors pay for a listing and for the leads they choose to take.

How do vendors get in?
They apply, and we review every one before they're listed. HOA and
condo work isn't the same as residential work, and vendors who
don't work with associations don't get in.
Do I have to hire one of the bids?
No. Compare them, take them to your board, hire the best fit. Or
don't. There's no obligation and no penalty.
Who sees my contact info?
Not the whole vendor pool. Vendors see the project first. Your
contact info is only shared with vendors who are approved on your
request.
My community isn't in Phoenix. Can I still use this?
Yes. Post your project anyway. Out-of-market requests get worked by
our team by hand until we open your market.
Is this like the big lead-gen sites?
We're HOA and condo only. Leads are real projects with budgets and
bid deadlines, vendors see the project before they pay, and they
only pay for leads they take.
